Educational activities - Bring your students for a day of fun and learning!
More information will be posted soon!

Rotation start times (40-minute sessions in each of the following areas - Crafts, Games, History):

  • Only group rotations on Thursday will be 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30

Schools Participating:  None registered

Buses:  Drop your students at Harmon Field entrance near the tennis courts. Park your buses on the equestrian end of Harmon Field.

Lunch:  Lunch will not be provided, nor will time be provided for a lunch break during the rotation times. If your group is to begin at 11:30 a.m., please have your students eat their lunch at one of our many picnic areas and be ready for rotation to begin promptly at 11:30 a.m.

Starting Station:  All classrooms will line up at their designated cone in the parking area by the open-air gym for instructions prior to rotations. Please make sure your classroom is in line at their designated cone promptly at your start time - either 8:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m.

Rotation:  A bell will ring at ten minutes past the hour to designate time for the presenters to stop and for the groups to move on to their next designated station. We ask that you be at your next designated station no later than half past the hour in order to keep everything flowing smoothly. This will allow 20 minutes to move between stations. If students need a bathroom break, please have them move through the bathrooms quickly. There are bathrooms in the open-air gym that may be utilized if the bathroom building is too crowded.

Stations:  Civil War Camp; Crafts (Basket weaving, Blacksmith, Pottery, Weaving); Games
